WHY I DO THIS

For 15 years, I climbed the corporate ladder in HR. I had the salary, the title, the respect. I also had a soul that was slowly suffocating.

When I finally walked away, I thought clarity would come quickly. It didn't.

I had the skills. The experience. The credentials. But I couldn't see my own value clearly. I'd spent so long performing someone else's version of success that I'd lost sight of what I was actually good at—and what I wanted.
